Dr. Tad Dickel

President & Senior Consultant

Tad Dickel, Ph.D. is president of T.A. Dickel Group and a leadership, strategy, and campaign consultant. He works with businesses, nonprofits, universities, schools, churches, and government agencies.

Before founding the firm, Tad served as President and Principal of Mater Dei High School in Evansville. He now teaches leadership as an Executive in Residence at the University of Evansville and as adjunct faculty in Catholic School Leadership at Creighton University.

Wes Luttrell

Associate Consultant

Wes Luttrell supports T.A. Dickel Group clients as an Associate Consultant, bringing a thoughtful, collaborative approach to strategic planning, research, and organizational development.

He works alongside Dr. Dickel to help mission-driven organizations clarify their direction, strengthen their operations, and pursue bold goals with confidence.

The through-line
